Pizza



  • dough for pizza (http://cristina-kitchen.blogspot.com/2008/10/pizza-dough.html)
  • 300 g salami
  • 300 g mozzarella
  • + /- 100 g mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons broth
  • pepper
  • 1 / 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons water

Cut the salami, mozzarella and mushrooms slices.
Stretch pizza dough to get a thickness of 3-4 mm. Grease the pan with a napkin. Put the dough in the pan. Mix broth, pepper and water. Grease the dough with this mix (broth,water,pepper) using a spoon. Put slices of salami, mushrooms. Sprinkle some oregano and then put slices of mozzarella. Put the pan in the oven on low fire on the grid in the middle for 30 minutes.

Pizza dough




  • 500 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 200 ml water (not very hot)
  • 50 grams yeast
  • oil

In flour put in a bowl. In water dissolve the salt, sugar and yeast and pour over flour and easily ferment well. Add 2 tablespoons oil and bothering 2 minutes. Leave the dough to grow 30 minutes.

Red beet in vinegar



* Red Beet
* Water
* Vinegar

Peel the red beet and wash it. Cut it slices and put in a pot with water to boil. Let the beet stew well. After boiling off the beet is left to cool, then cut with a kitchen rasp and put in jars (washed and dried). In a pot put water and vinegar to your taste and heat it, then pour in jars. Close the jars are close and they intro a blanket until they cool.

* 21 mushrooms
* 2 sausages
* 3-4 slices of cheese
* Salt

Clean the mushrooms, to break them foot, wash them and put a little salt. Cut the sausages thicker slices. Cut the cheese cubes.

On the stick of the "joint roasted on the spit" add mushrooms, cheese, sausage.

Put on a grill until mushrooms are ready (10- 15 minutes).

Serve with baked potatoes or fries.

Pasta with mushrooms, ham and cheese



* 250 grams pasta
* 150 grams mushrooms
* 100 grams cheese
* 100 grams ham / salami
* An egg

The water is put to stew. Add pasta and let them(the pasta) stew. After boiling put under a shower of cold water and let them pass. Cut the mushrooms and ham cubes and mix with pasta. Grease the pan wit oil, put pasta mixed with mushrooms, ham and add on top cheese mixed with egg. Put the pan in the oven (20-30 minutes).

Baked potatoes on grill



* 1 kg potato small-medium size

Wash the potatoes, remove the water using some napkins and put the potatoes on the grill until become soft.(take a potato in hand and pus, if it is soft you can eat it - it is done)

chicken legs grilled



* 4 chicken legs
* Salt
* Pepper
* Thyme
* Swift and sweet paprika
* Dried parsley
* Dried dill

Clean the skin of the chicken legs, wash them add salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, dill and parsley. Put them on a grill until crisp.

Apple pie



Dough:

* 100 g butter / margarine
* 200 g flour
* 40 ml cold water
* A little salt

Filling:

* 8 apples washing, cleaned of pips and cut pieces
* 7 tablespoons sugar
* Cinnamon


Butter to rub between the fingers with flour and salt. Add water and ferment. Put in the refrigerator an hour. Stretched two sheets. The first piece is put in the form of cake greased with margarine. Above put the pieces of apples, sugar and cinnamon. Put the second sheet on top, cut edges and decorate with pieces of dough. You can add a little cinnamon on top. Apple pie

* 2 kg apples
* 100 g sugar
* 125 g butter / margarine
* spices that you like

The apples are cleaned, clean it from pips and cut the apples using a fine kitchen rasp grate and squeeze. Steel (temper) the apples in the butter / margarine (20-30 minutes). Add sugar and the spices that you like and steel 5 minutes and divided it in four. Grease each piece of sheets with apple and roll. Grease a pan with oil using a paper napkin, put the pies to bake on a grill in the middle to low fire until crisp (about 45 minutes).

Pumpkin pie



* 1 pumpkin (about 2 kg)

* 100 g sugar
* 125 g butter / margarine
* + / - Vanilla essence
* + / - Spices that you like

Peel the pumpkin and seeds and cut the pumpkin using a fine kitchen rasp. Steel (temper) the pumpkin in butter / margarine (20-30 minutes), add sugar and vanilla essence and the spices and steel it 5 minutes. Sheets of pie is filled with steel pumpkin and roll the pie. Grease the pan with oil using a napkin. the pies are put in the pan, put pan in oven on a grill in the middle to low fire until crisp (about 45 minutes).


Sheets pie




* 700 g flour
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 1 tablespoon vinegar
* 200-300 ml hot water
* 1 / 2 little-spoon of salt
* 2 eggs


Oil is mixed with vinegar, salt, eggs and water. Pour over flour and easily ferment (bothering) well. Let dough to rest 30 minutes. The dough is divided in 10 pieces. Each piece is stretches on board with some flour.

Mayonnaise



* 3-4 yolk
* 2 tablespoons mustard
* 300 -350 ml oil
* Lemon juice / water with lemon salt


In bowl of mixer put the yolks and mustard and mix well. Gradually add oil (little by little) and mix well. Finally, add lemon juice, then taste.


flat loat of bread



* 500 grams of flour
* 200 ml warm water
* 1 envelope dray yeast or 50 grams yeast
* A spoon race salt
* A spoon race sugar


Put in the water yeast, salt and sugar. Pour water over flour little by little and mix well. Let them grow 30-45 minutes. Stretch sheets and loop of hair on the grill or the board to fire high.

Fast food (shaorma)



Ingredients:

* A chicken breast
* 3-4 potatoes
* 2-3 pickled cucumber or vinegar
* 2 bell pepper in vinegar

* 2-3 piece garlic
* Ketchup
* Thyme
* Salt
* Oil

It is clean potatoes, cut fries and toast them in oil. Cut the chicken breast in strips, add pepper and thyme and put on grill or toast it in oil. Cut the cucumber and bell pepper in thin slices.

Make a sauce: mix 6 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2-3 tablespoons yogurt / sour cream, 2-3 piece garlic, thyme and salt

Grease the flat loat of bread with the sauce. Add chicken breasts, potatoes fries, ketchup cucumber and bell pepper. Roll the flat lot of brad (make it look like a jam roll).
