Minced meat steak

* 500 g minced meat
* 5 eggs
* 1 / 2 leg parsley
* 10 mushrooms
* A slice of bread soaking in milk
* Salt
* Pepper
* Thyme


The meat is mixed with an egg, bread, salt, pepper, thyme.
Eggs remaining (four) are hard boiled and cut in four.
Wash the parsley.
The meat lies in the form of a rectangle. Add slices of egg, sliced mushrooms and parsley and roll the meat, put it in a grease tray. Place in the oven.
