Rolls



For the dough:

* An egg
* A package margarine
* A glass milk sweetened
* 30 g yeast
* Little salt
* flour dough to get a suitable hard

For the cream:

* 1.5 l milk
* 400 g sugar
* 150 g starch
* 5 eggs
* 3 vanilla essences
* Little salt

For the dough:

Mix all ingredients and let the dough grow an hour.
Stretch sheets and cut them as long as the sheet and width 1 cm and roll on the types of roll.
Put the rolls in a tray with paper for baking. Put the tray in the oven at small fire until the rolls are baked.

For the cream:

Put the milk, sugar and vanilla in a pot. Put the pot on low fire.
Put the eggs white and the salt in the mixer bowland mix, add the eggs yolk mixed with starch, mix well and put the mix in the pot. Mix easily. Close the fire when the mix is clot well.
Let it cool in a pot with water.
After cooling, fill the rolls with cream. If you like you cold put on rolls melted chocolate or
powdered sugar.
