Slices of chicken breast in egg crust



Ingredients:
  • one big chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 4 eggs
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • sweet paprika
  • salt
  • 100 g semolina
  • oil for fried

Mix the eggs with parsley, paprika, pepper, salt, thyme.
Put the semolina in a plate.
Cut the chicken breast cut thin slices.
Put the oil in a pan and lthe pan on cooker.
Put semolina on both sides of chicken breast in semolina both sides, then put the chicken breast in egg mix and put in in the pan to roast.
