Apple pie



Dough:

* 100 g butter / margarine
* 200 g flour
* 40 ml cold water
* A little salt

Filling:

* 8 apples washing, cleaned of pips and cut pieces
* 7 tablespoons sugar
* Cinnamon


Butter to rub between the fingers with flour and salt. Add water and ferment. Put in the refrigerator an hour. Stretched two sheets. The first piece is put in the form of cake greased with margarine. Above put the pieces of apples, sugar and cinnamon. Put the second sheet on top, cut edges and decorate with pieces of dough. You can add a little cinnamon on top. Put pie in the oven at 45 minute small fire on the grid in the middle.
