Salad - easy to make



Ingredients:

* A chicken breast
* Bell pepper in a jar vinegar
* Cucumber in a jar vinegar
* 2 celery roots (small size)
* 3 carrots
* 2 parsnip roots
* 6 potatoes
* 200 grams peas
* 200 grams olives
* Salt
* Pepper

The chicken breast is put to boil in water. After boiling let it cool and cut it in small cubes.
Separately put to boil the vegetables. After boiling let them to cool and cut them in small cubes.
Cut the cucumber and bell pepper in small cubes and let them drain.
If you are using frozen peas, boil them and let them drain. If you are using peas in a preserve, cut the tin and let them drain.
Mix meat, vegetables, cucumber, bell pepper, peas and olives. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Add mayonnaise and mix easily.
You can decorate the salad with olives, bell pepper, carrot, etc..
Store salad in the refrigerator.
